Exchange Policy — Velina Abaya’s

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags, packaging, and included scarf.

If we send an incorrect or defective item, we cover the exchange delivery charges. If the customer selects the wrong size or design, the customer pays the exchange delivery charges.

Please contact us with your order number and relevant photos before arranging an exchange.

We offer exchanges only for size or preference changes. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
